Yoga for Headaches

Learn yoga poses and massage techniques to help relieve your own headaches.  Taught by licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor Kellie Rose.  In this 90 minute, unheated class you will be taught simple postures and techniques to help relieve neck and shoulder pain and headaches. Then you will be guided through a gentle flow practice incorporating some of the poses and end with a guided relaxation meditation.
