Laughter & Play Yoga

Laughter & Play Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a unique and innovative concept that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques, also known as Pranayama. This practice aims to promote physical health, mental well-being, and emotional resilience through intentional laughter.

The combination of laughter exercises and deep breathing in Laughter Yoga is believed to increase oxygen supply to the body and brain. This can result in various health benefits, such as improved energy levels, stress reduction, a stronger immune system, and a more positive mindset. The playful and silly nature of the workshop creates an environment where participants can let go of inhibitions, reconnect with their inner child, and release emotional burdens.

The idea of reenergizing the soul through laughter and yoga aligns with the holistic approach to health and wellness. Laughter has been associated with the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals, contributing to an overall sense of joy and relaxation. Additionally, the incorporation of yoga breathing techniques enhances the mind-body connection, fostering a sense of balance and calm.

Participating in a Laughter Yoga workshop can be a fun and social way to experience the benefits of laughter and mindfulness. Overall, Laughter Yoga serves as a reminder of the positive impact that laughter and mindfulness can have on our well-being.

Soundbath & Pranayama

Soundbath & Pranayama

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.

When you sink into a Sound Bath and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from an active state to a more relaxed or even a dreamlike state.

Combine that with with deep breathing practice to help put the brakes on the acute stress response. By eliciting the body's relaxation response, guided deep breathing helps reduce blood pressure and allows each practitioner to transcend conscious thought and slide easily into deep meditation.

Bring your yoga mat and pillows, blankets, other props, anything you need for complete comfort. This is an unheated 90 minute guided meditation and sound experience.
