A living practice in presence

Somewhere between the inhale and the exhale, there's a pause. This workshop lives in that pause.

We'll spend time together exploring what meditation actually does. Not just the philosophy, but the felt experience of a quieter mind and a steadier nervous system. We'll move through pranayama as a group, breathing with intention, and then drop into a guided visualization to help you find your way back to yourself.

You'll leave with real tools you can use. Breathwork you can return to on a hard morning, anchors for when the mind won't settle. Practices that are yours to keep.

All levels welcome. You don't need to have meditated before — just come as you are.
