Meditation 101

Learn about the history and origins of yoga followed by a meditation workshop.  

 

Guided by renowned meditation facilitator and teacher Ramdas Ormond you will learn the benefits of meditating and how to craft and practice daily meditation.  He will then lead you into a guided meditation where you will connect mind and body and set your intention to continue to grow this sacred practice.

 

This is an unheated workshop style class where questions and participation are accepted and encouraged.
