Arm balance & Inversion workshop

Yoga inversions release tension, increase circulation and energy levels, and strengthen muscles. They also promote emotional growth, calm the mind and spirit, guide energy toward the heart, and help you become more connected with the earth. Inversions and arm balances are often considered challenging and advanced poses, but there are loads of poses that are accessible to all levels and still allow us to reap the full benefits of being upside down.

This is an unheated, informal, workshop style class with welcome space for questions, hands on adjustments, lots of laughs and maybe a few mishaps. Bring a mat, water, comfortable clothing and a friend to learn and laugh with!
