The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course at Suvita Hot Yoga, certified by Yoga Alliance, is a comprehensive and advanced program designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and enhance your teaching skills. This course is for yoga instructors who have already completed a 200-hour teacher training and wish to take their practice and teaching to the next level. You will need to apply to participate in the training to make sure that you meet all required criteria.

Advanced Teaching Techniques: You'll delve into advanced teaching methodologies, sequencing, and class planning. This includes learning how to cater to diverse student levels, offer modifications, and address individual needs.
The Business of Yoga: Basic modules on the business of yoga, covering topics like marketing, building your yoga brand, and effectively managing a yoga studio or business.
Self-Practice: You're encouraged to maintain a consistent self-practice, which is vital for personal growth and to embody the teachings you pass on to your students.
Teaching Practicum: Practicing teaching is a fundamental component of the 300-hour program. You'll gain experience teaching fellow trainees.
Yoga Alliance Certification: Upon successful completion, you're eligible to register as an RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, which demonstrates your expertise as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
